As we continue to embark on our exploration of the many neighborhoods (and builders) available at West Villages, we find The Preserve at West Villages - a D.R. Horton community.

The Preserve is one of the smaller, and more affordable, neighborhood communities you will find in West Villages. D.R. Horton is the builder, and they offer five single-family home models to choose from or a villa option is also available.

Driving through the tropically landscaped gates of this neighborhood, you are at once greeted by the luxuriously appointed community clubhouse and resort pool area. Some other community features include a fitness center, pickle ball courts, and bocce ball.

Home prices start in the low/mid-$200's with the 1,526 square foot Canterburry Model villa. Each villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den/office, and a two-car garage. All are very well appointed, and have the open floorplans that will be sure to impress. Of course, not everyone wants to be in an attached villa. For those Sarasota real estate buyers, D.R. Horton is providing five added single-family floorplans.
 

The Avon Model is the entry-level single-family home starting in the mid-$200's. These 1,641 square foot 2 bedroom/2 bathroom homes have a full two-car garage and a separate study/office .

Next up, we move into the Clifton and Delray models with 1,816 square feet and 2,034 square feet respectively. The Clifton model has what D.R. Horton has coined a "flex" room, which is a rather large room that a buyer may design to meet their own personal needs, including a third bedroom! Each of these models start in the upper-$200's.

The Delray model has three full bedrooms, but it too has a "flex" room where a buyer has the flexibility to create a fourth bedroom, office, study, game room, yoga studio...whatever you like! As far as the garage space goes, each of these models come standard with a two-car garage. Need a little more space? Let's head up to the Ashbury model.

The Ashbury has 2,431 square feet and has three full bedrooms, a den, and a formal dining room. Understanding that the "formal" dining space is not for everyone, D.R. Horton offers this space as a den, fourth bedroom, etc. Keep in mind that this model already offers a den, so there is quite a bit of flexibility regarding how a homeowner chooses to lay their floorplan out. Remember, when you are building from the ground up...you can make changes! Starting in the low-$300's, you really get a lot of "bang" for your buck!

Last, but certainly not least, D.R. Horton offers their largest model in this community - the two-story Bedford model starting in the mid-$300's. These 2,587 square foot homes come with a first-level master suite and formal dining room (can be a den/office, etc.), with the remaining bedrooms upstairs. This two-story plan is an excellent choice for young families, but is also great for retirees who do not want a second-floor master suite, but would still like the room for visiting grandkids and other family members.
