Having been born in Kentucky, I first arrived in Venice Florida in 1978 with my family. My father opened his medical practice as an Internal Medicine specialist on Nokomis Avenue South. He was well received in the community, working closely with the Venice Hospital, he established his practice as one of a core group of physicians in Venice at that time. I graduated from Venice high school in 1982.After working in construction for several years I returned to Kentucky. I studied in the many different college of business and economics from 1988-1992.My background is in Accounting and Economics. I launched my first company in 1995.I formed a residential new construction building firm. I designed, built and marketed specifically to luxury built, high performance, low maintenance, universally designed ranch style homes. I have been building in this sector and target market for over twenty five plus years. I’m considered to be a Real Estate Professional .Thru my building career, I have amassed vast experience with buyers and sellers. I have been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in my career, involving many different scenarios. In each case I deliver great value knowledge, experience and vision. I’m considered a expert in new construction, universal design, floorplans, downsizing and empty nesters. I’m known as a visionary with excellent skills in timing, valuation methods, communication and execution. My Mission Statement in returning to south Florida is to deliver great value to my clients in buying or selling real estate.
