I had read Gary Keller's books and spoken to other KW agents before I even went to real estate school, so I knew I wanted to join KW for the training, technology and culture. When I joined KW Island Life, I hoped it would live up to my very high expectations. As it turns out, KWIL surpassed them! Tina decided on a career in Real Estate because of the way we where treated by other Realtors when looking for a second home in Sarasota, (September/November of 2010). Tina started as a Realtor in February of 2013 and decided to join Coldwell Banker as they have the best training program according to the internet. I joined Tina in October 2017, and started to work as her assistant. Once I realized the amount of money Coldwell Banker was asking us to contribute for each transaction we started interviewing with other Brokers.Tina and I interviewed with ReMax Alliance and ReMax Platinum and we were ready to sign with ReMax. Brandy/Dayton reached out to me via Linkedin. We had a meeting with Dayton and asked if Brandy would meet with us. After meeting with Bandy and Dayton we realized Keller Williams Island Life is where we needed to be.
