I joined Keller Williams Summer of 2023. I have acted as Director of First Impressions, Agent Services, Director of Technology and Media and now Market Center Technical Trainer. I have an extensive background in customer service for over 15 years. I have knowledge and experience in corporate banking and technology. I formerly was an Advanced Credit and Fraud Analyst with Discover Financial and GeekSquad Supervisor with BestBuy. Within our Market Center I aid new and existing agents with our internal systems and provide them a foundation to expand their business. I manage our social media marketing and training schedule. I act as our in-person Market Center Administrator to aid in coordination with agents. My goal is to prepare agents to better manage and market their businesses and to educate them about the advantages of
using technology to grow their pipeline.
