Karen Burnell was born and raised in Portland, Maine, but after visiting Southwest Florida fell in love with the climate and lifestyle. Snow and cold are overrated. She comes with a background of owning/operating a property rental company and brings her skills in customer service and problem solving when working with real estate clients. Prior to relocating to Venice, Karen worked from the Marco Island office and lived in Naples, FL. Karen graduated from The University of New Hampshire. A career in real estate allows her to make genuine connections while making the purchase or sale of your home a seamless and positive experience. Karen is married and lives in Venice. In her free time you will find her on the pickleball court, walking her pug Norman, enjoying family time with their three adult children, and exploring all the amazing activities that southwest Florida has to offer.
