Monica Pedraja has been helping families buy and sell their homes for over 16 years and has a lot of experience in the real estate industry and uses her experience and training to bring all the details together for her clients. Her passion is to help her clients find their dream home. Monica also has experience with new home construction, custom-built properties, and renovations on older homes. Monica attended the University of Florida and got her Bachelors there and she also obtained her Masters degree from NovaSoutheastern University. Monica has earned different designations such as Luxury Real Estate, Foreclosures, Short Sales and REOs, among others. She has extensive experience in negotiating, pricing and marketing her client’s home. She is also bilingual and serves our Spanish speaking community and international clients! She values trust, integrity, and family. Monica has lived in Miami, and Tampa but her great love for the sunny shores and lifestyle of the Gulf Coast brought her to relocate to the Sarasota-Bradenton area. She knows the areas very well and can help and guide you find your dream home.

During her spare time, Monica enjoys attending her sons basketball and soccer games, date nights with her husband and volunteering at her church. But her happy place will always be on a beach!
